Roles
The customer is the data controller. AlterX acts as data processor for personal data provided in the course of using AlterX products.
Section 2
Processing
Personal data is processed only for the purposes required to provide the AlterX products, and under documented instructions.
Section 3
Security
AlterX implements administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
Access to personal data is restricted to named personnel with a legitimate business need.
Section 4
Sub-processors
A list of approved sub-processors is available on request and will be published as the product matures.
Section 5
International transfers
Where applicable, standard contractual clauses are used to protect cross-border transfers.
